The requirements to be met when ensuring the procedure of technical supervision of main pipelines for avoiding threat to people’s lives, health, property and the environment.
- LLC LatRosTrans hereby informs that all legal and natural persons performing work in the vicinity of the main crude oil and oil product pipeline, communication cables and engineering structures should observe the Protection Zone Law, which establishes restrictions for work performed in the protection zones as well as the rights and obligations of the owners or legal possessors of land and the owners of facilities.
- Implementation of projects, approval of work performed in the protection zones, obtaining of technical conditions:
Technical conditions:
Technical conditions are the conditions that need to be observed by any natural or legal person when performing work in the protection zone of LLC LatRosTrans service
lines or in the adjacent areas.
Technical conditions are issued for:
• Performance of topographic measurements;
• Implementation of different projects;
• Crossing of LLC LatRosTrans service lines using temporary crossings outside servitude roads.
Procedure for obtaining technical conditions:
It is necessary to send an application, stating in the letter the cadastral number of the land plot or attaching the maps with the borders of the land plot.

Technical conditions or a refusal letter will be issued within 15 calendar days of the receipt of the application.
Technical conditions are issued free of charge.
